1. Super Bonus

We are proud to present you our know-how – Superbone! We know how difficult it is for a novice to reach a serious income in the first 2-3 months of work. And we have a solution that guarantees decent pay!

SUPER GV 1 Level (SGV 1) is a part of PV that exceeds 500 points but does not exceed 1000 b. The maximum CSO is 500 points.
SUPER GV 2 Level (SGV 2) is a part of the LMO that exceeds 1000 points but does not exceed 1250 b. Maximum CSO is 250 points.
SUPER BONUS is awarded only to those leaders who completed the leadership rank in the previous month or opened the rank of Bronze Master for the first time.

2. Leader ranks

When you recommend our products to your friends and friends – your organization grows, and with it your earnings are increasing. 3. Promotion by Leadership Rankings

In order to move from Aurora’s leadership rank – there is no need to do anything supernatural! It’s enough to simply use our products, pay attention to positive changes in our state of health, health and appearance, and – to recommend our products and our philosophy to people around us. The more positive feedback you receive, the more your team will become. The more you become your team – the higher your leadership rank of the company you climb! In the illustration below, you can look at the basic conditions necessary to achieve a new rank. Remember, for each fulfilled condition – there are people whose lives you have changed for the better!

  • To reward, you need to close (confirm) the rank. For this, it is necessary for 3 months in a row to fulfill the conditions of rank on closed leaders, otherwise the rank is considered open.
  • Any Closed Leader is exempted from the requirement for LMO every time he appears in the 1st generation of the new Bronze Master.
    Directors in the senior leadership group  for the opening of the rank need to take an interview with the management of the company. The main criteria for the interview: (1) loyalty to the company, (2) attitude to the case, (3) attitude towards people.

4. Leader’s bonus

The higher your Leader Rank in the company – the more prospects for additional income opens up to you. Everything is very simple – the more you become your team, the more additional generations of leaders from whom you will receive additional income, it opens for you. Set yourself the first goal: Become a Bronze Master and then grow into the Ruby Master of Aurora and soon the day will come when you turn into a Bronze Director and you will have virtually unlimited sources of additional income that opens up to you completely different horizons of quality of life, about which you could dream of before.   • The number of leaders in all branches, with the exception of the strongest, should be at least half.
  • Any Closed Leader is exempted from the requirement for LMO every time he appears in the 1st generation of the new Bronze Master.

5. Reserve Fund

If you have already proven yourself as a leader in the previous company – pay special attention to our system of contingency fund. To put it shortly – before you guarantee the stability of ranks in your organization. Ranks affecting decent, permanent income. It is your protection against stress, disappointments within your team, it is your guarantee of a stable development! Now you do not need to worry about the execution or non-fulfillment by your Team Masters of the mandatory terms of a personal group monthly volume that affects the ranks of your team. Your task is simply to pay attention to the volumes of the reserve fund of each of your Master. We – have invented STABILITY in direct sales organizations!

  • Each Leader opens a mandatory Reserve Fund in the amount of 500 points. The reserve fund is replenished or written off by an automatic computer.
  • Accumulation into the reserve fund takes place automatically three months after you reach the first Master’s Rank in the Aurora Recovery Plan by the following algorithm: any amount above 500 points, three months after the opening of any first Master’s rank – divided by half. Half – you are paid in the form of bonuses, the other half is set aside in the reserve fund, from which the missing points are deducted during periods of possible fall in the group volumes.
  • Each Leader opens a Transfer Account to reserve points at their own discretion in the amount of 1000 points.

6. Bonus recognition

We know perfectly well how important it is to recognize your achievements and achievements of your team members before the audience of your associates. We want to celebrate your success with you and show the people around us that everything is possible with us. That is why, at every open event of the company, we will recognize your success in reaching the key ranks that open the door to new achievements and new opportunities!

  • The New Closed Ruby Master receives the “Bonus Recognition” – 1 time in the company’s west, in the presence of colleagues on the stage – A check for a sum of 3000 dollars.
  • The New Closed Bronze Director receives the “Bonus Recognition” – 1 time in the event of the company, in the presence of colleagues on the scene – Checks for the amount of 6,000 dollars.

TERMINOLOGY:

  • PV (Personal volume) – personal purchases of a member of the club
  • NV (Network Volume) – your own PO plus LAN of all members of the lower network regardless of their status, rank and level in the network.
  • Club Members’ status is divided into Preferred Clients (all Club Members) and Representatives (Masters).
  • AMO (Accumulative MoU) – accumulated MO from the moment of joining the club.
  • GV (Group volume) – The amount of POI members of your network club, equal to or above you rank.
  • PGV (Person-group volume) – amount of PV and GV.
